Your online credit card or bank account statement may show a pending charge which is higher than you expect. This is done to allow us to make adjustments (like adding a tip, additional items, etc.) to your order.
Rest assured you will be billed the correct amount when the order is finalized during the end of night process.
Question: Why are you charging more than the order amount?
Answer: We're not. We put a temporary hold on the order amount plus a certain percentage. This is done to allow room for adjustments.
